Hey there,
This is a question that lots of folks have trouble with. The thing to do is to think of a time where you weren’t sure what to do, you weren’t sure what was the “right” thing (and maybe even today aren’t sure still if you did the right thing or not. The more difficult your decision was, the better of an ethics story it will make. At the same time you need to see if you have a story that while telling it will also promote your candidacy. If you feel like, feel free to run some ideas by me, by posting them in the forum, and I’ll be happy to answer!

个人觉得这并不是特别典型的例子，因为这个选择真的没啥特别两难。在普通的公司里面，当部门经理招人的时候，通常上级会有所人选的推荐。至于部门经理觉得谁更合适某个位置，直接和上级谈就可以了。如果这都不能谈。。。那只能让人觉得这个公司、组织不够专业。。。

道德两难，需要两者各有道理的情况下，答案通常不仅仅是选一个，而是有创造性再生成一个。

从前的一个访谈里面讲过一个例子，我觉得比较符合道德两难的条件。该同学负责对一个外包公司进行审计，以查找是否外包公司符合公司的制度。他调查的信息来自一个工人，外包公司往往违反他公司的劳动安全劳动量等等要求。他面临的两难选择是，如果选择如实报告公司，那个工人肯定就会被炒鱿鱼；如果不报告，这隐瞒事实，也是不行的。

个人觉得这个例子不行的。道德两难强调的是两难，这个例子没有两难，任何时候都应该选择不同意经理这样的做法。
