刚刚面完Rotman MBA，就赶紧来写面筋，以免睡了一觉就忘记了。
面试官是Chris，貌似今年MBA中国区都是他，人很nice，一个英国小哥，但口音已经加化了，非常友好。
题目和CD上其他面筋差不多。
1.Why Rotman， Why Canada
2.tell me about your work in the past briefly （我在这里举了一个例子，被他打断了，让我30s briefly介绍）
3.如果你是rotman老师，你会讲什么课，怎么讲（这里有根据内容进行延伸）
4.tell me about one time when you made up your mind to do something that no one could stop you
5.an example you make networking because of professional reason（这个问题和CD的面筋略不一样）
6.毕业后对学校有什么impact
7.一个measurable的impact
大概就是这些了，最后说每周二有一个committee，应该会在下周给答复。面试时间40分钟。
对了，最后还说会给我发一个wechat的QR code，里面有很多candidates，我惊呆了。
另外，上周三面了schulich，因为当时的connection差到什么都听不清，jessica到后面就给我打字问问题了，整个过程30分钟，但一直在我在讲，感觉超级累，没有今天rotman的面试爽。

1.Why MBA, Why Schulich
2.What thought process do you go through when making big decisions
3.talk about a time you made a bad decision but were able to correct it
4.what is your personal leadership style
5.Talk about a time where you disagreed with a superior, how did you handle the situation
6.When you are in a team setting, and one of your team members is not pulling their weight, what do you do
7.What steps do you take to make sure your team succeeds in their goals
8.What is one thing I might never guess about you by looking at your application
9.If I can tell the admission committee only one thing about you what should it be?
10.How do you give back to your community,any activities like volunteering or helping in the community
因为几乎没有交流，回来下来超级累。最后说两周内有答复，但今天早上收到邮件又让我补了第三封推荐信，也不知道是什么意思。
等得好捉急。
总的来说，CD上的面筋真的超级有用，谢谢各位CDer。
