D为什么不对，为什么expected 后面用would 就不可以？expected是过去式，后面的将来时用的也是过去将来时would啊，不知道有什么问题，时态渣跪求大神讲解啊。。。

个人意见~
As从句一般和主句在一个时态

这里我们去掉过去，用现在的眼光来看这个句子的话，D就变成了：
As Interent WILL become more widely available, they expect the increase of piracy.

这俩不在一个时间点上呀~
而且从逻辑上来讲，这里as是原因状语从句，哪有原因在将来，结果在现在的呢~
