我不在美国，所以情况可能不是特别了解。。。

我的工作和career goals其实也挺类似的。工作4年都在一家公司，而且公司很小，没有很多teamwork/leadership的机会。我essays主要突出volunteer experience，另外花了很多功夫了解学校 (campus visits, info session, calls/emails to current students)。所以我觉得你的背景是可以的，不过如果8所学校都在同一轮会非常非常辛苦。另外要不要考虑1-2所S16保底？我觉得Yale SOM就比较喜欢在community多做贡献的applicant。

如果去了欧洲没有把握找到比较适合的工作，那我会考虑尽早申请。

好奇为什么不考虑insead?

Insead是一年的项目觉得可能学不到什么东西而且转行什么的都更加困难毕竟没可以实习的暑假。

Insead Jan intake has internship, but agree one-year may be too short for career switchers. Also heard the school is perceived very well by luxury-goods companies in France (not sure if this is true).
