我的选择是B，正确答案是D。

首先B选项没有语法错误吧，B选项并列的是  executives examine…… ,and they use……，这个难道是they不对了，指代不明？也不是吧，但是从并列的角度讲，我觉得两个句子没毛病呀，或者是因为句意上，重点搞错啦？

D选项可以理解，examine……和decide……是并列的，但是相比下，B到底差在了哪里？
