请问conditional construction是什么意思

请问conditional construction是什么意思？看字面意思是指条件句，在GMAT中是包括真实条件句和虚拟条件句，还是仅指虚拟条件句？
如果包括真实条件句和虚拟条件句，那么虚拟条件句是哪个词呢？hypothetical?

Conditional Mood/Tense 是指一种条件语气。以下是wikipedia 的解释：
The conditional mood is a grammatical mood used to express a proposition whose validity is dependent on some condition, possibly counterfactual. It thus refers to a distinct verb form that expresses a hypothetical state of affairs, or an uncertain event, that is contingent on another set of circumstances.

曼哈顿里，虚拟语气是用的这个词儿: Hypothetical Subjunctive
We use the Hypothetical Subjunctive form in a few circumstances to indicate unlikely or unreal conditions.
