我知道not...but...是平行结构，对的答案也是c，但是我想问问如果把A选项改成 not caused by stress, alcohol, or rich foods, but caused by或者是 not caused by stress, alcohol, or rich foods, but by是不是也是对的呢？因为not... but...是一种平行并列结构，not后面和but后面应该接相同的结构，比如【not +V+介词短语，but+V+介词短语】。希望nn能解答，O(∩_∩)O谢谢！

To preserve parallelism, but should be followed by by.

这个是不是要改成 not caused by stress, alcohol, or rich foods, but by的意思呢？
