刚刚瞧了一下toefl的网站，都没有旧托福注册的连接了。看来是注册不了旧托福了。

try again. I registered the toefl test the day before yesterday. It depends on which city you live. If an appoinment is available, you can register it.

Here is another chance. Someone, maybe, will cancel the test. Check the toefl website frequently.

i am in VA, both old and new toefl can not be registered now.

i think maybe because of ETS'S WEB.RIGHT?
