本人bg:985英语专业，想申请英国的hr，请问如何定位？华威、杜伦有希吗？除这两所外，还有哪些学校的hr值得申请？

有希望的。

如果楼主的成绩百分制达到85%，还可以考虑LSE的HRM。

然后跟杜伦华威同tier的还有KCL。

非常感谢，但我的gmat成绩估计考不出来，不知对申请影响大不大。

Hey there,
Those are both pretty good schools. They do enroll a lot of international students, but a 3.4 GPA may make it tough to get in, especially if you don't have any GRE or GMAT. You can make those your stretch schools, but also apply to less competitive programs. Your one big advantage is your internships, so make sure you can turn that experience into good essays for your applications!
