Hey there,
Those are both pretty good schools. They do enroll a lot of international students, but a 3.4 GPA may make it tough to get in, especially if you don't have any GRE or GMAT. You can make those your stretch schools, but also apply to less competitive programs. Your one big advantage is your internships, so make sure you can turn that experience into good essays for your applications!
