在PREP笔记上，考点只有两个： （1）PROHIBIT的固定用法：PROHIBIT STH， PROHIBIT FROM DOING，PROHIBIT SB FROM DOING （2）指代问题
THEM无所指，因为EMPLOYEE是单数，所以排除BD PROHIBIT用法错误，A是PROHIBIT THAT， BD是PROHIBIT SB FROM STH，E是PROHIBIT STH TO BE DONE，故排除ABDE 因此选C
但我有个问题？这道题有没有考VING和THAT做限制性修饰的区别？ 因为我觉得：ABC中PROHIBITING有一种暗含的信息就是这个AGREEMENT已经在施行中，但是这跟前面的require to似乎是矛盾的！而that would似乎更贴近那个语境！ 难道我理解错了？？
