A. it 指代不明,depending 逻辑主语不详


A. be likely to do, 不是 be likely in planning


C. benefits added to the increase in wages 表达错误


   that were requested 修饰 benefits 还是 wages?


   E. ok.   railroad employees 可以,如 bus drivers


DISCRIMINATE: to recognize a difference between things [= differentiate]
