Hi there. So, it sounds to me like you are graduating from college this spring and you want to start business school in the fall of 2017. Is that correct? And now you're just asking if you can make that happen based on your timeline? That's what I'm going to assume as I go in and answer this for ya!
MBA deadlines will hit in September/October for Round 1 and then in January for Round 2. There are also Round 3 deadlines, but as an International applicant, you will NOT want to wait for those. Ideally, you'd be able to submit some apps in Round 1, because applying earlier means there are more spots available...which means your chances go up.
Now, it sounds to me like you won't be able to make Round 1, because you won't have the GMAT and TOEFL complete by then. But will you be able to make Round 2? Can you figure out a way to get BOTH the GMAT AND TOEFL done by September/October? I know it seems like a lot to prepare for both at the same time, but if you really want to apply this year, you're going to need to work really hard to do so. Because beyond preparing for those tests, you ALSO need to write your applications... and that takes a LOT of time as well.
And that actually leads me to my next question: you say you don't have any work or internship experience. Most MBA programs in the US require some work experience. In fact, most applicants have 3-5 years of work experience when they start business school! There are a few programs that accept recent college grads with no work experience, but they are very, very, very competitive! Which specific programs are you considering??
