我想问的是， c中的 the higher the watt-hour rating, the longer … can be....
the higher 句通常当做比较状从或者条件状从，后面的当做主句。那么，这个 the higher...它不是一个完整的句子啊？
有谁可以帮忙分析一下第一个句子的结构。。。

the more...,the more... 这两个都是完整的句子
MANHATTAN上说不可以用逗号连接两个句子 the more...,the more...结构除外
the more...,the more...是一个固定的结构
当句子的谓语是be动词的时候，be可以省略，前后两个分句都适用
所以我觉得这里的第一个分句是省略了is
补全就是 the higher the watt-hour rating （is）, the longer the battery can be expected to last。

比较从句连系动词be与主句连系动词be相同，可以省略be，也可不省~
