Fall 17 MBA 新人求定位

本人在美国中西部工作，想申请2017秋季MBA。由于是非商科背景，希望有经验的前辈提一些建议，看看这种背景去哪个档次的学校比较合适。

工作经验：制造业美国500强，轮岗项目两年。到2017年春，三年工作经验。轮岗期间涉及到制造业各个环节，包括物流，采购，加工，装配，质量。工作主要以带领团队做公司内部项目为主。

GMAT: 730 V38 M50

本科：普度大学本科工业工程，统计，GPA 3.8/4.0，多项奖学金，多项学院学校荣誉。

业余活动：本科期间，在学生文化组织里，财务两年，VP一年。工作后，参与当地NPO的board，主持策划两起当地大型文化活动及演出。

MBA以后的职业计划是做consulting。想继续带团队，做项目。希望consulting的经验能让我把行业看的更清楚，视野更广泛。

Hey there,
So overall I like your profile a lot!
Manufacturing is a great industry to come from, and you seem to be on a strong rotational program with leadership experience. You also have a great GMAT and a great GPA. The only weakness I can see is that you come from a non-Ivy school.

I think that from what I can see here, you can for sure apply to Top 20 schools, and if your work experience and employer are strong, even Top 10 schools should be within range!

Purdue isn't as prestigious as Ivys, but it is a great engineering school.

Do you think top 10 business school adcom is aware of Purdue's strength in engineering? Is this something I should point out in my application?

很强。如果申请得好的话 Top3都有可能。Top16应该保底毫无问底。
