关于E选项里while willing 和 admit to 的错误，看过以前各位的讨论了，没问题。

但是找不到关于decline的相关讨论。

我做这道题时，在D/E间犹豫了一下，选了E，因为我把D里面"are declined to"看作被动用法，句子的意思变成了"decline many people to recognize"，显然是错的。

根据ETS的解释，be declined to 的用法是正确的，但是字典上找不到。

对于"不愿意"的例子，如下：

I declined to comment on camera.

是disinclined而不是lz所想的declined

disinclined是形容词。
