面试官 Ning Ma 和 Lee, Byron Y. 详见：https://cn.linkedin.com/in/ning-ma-a55399 和 http://www.ceibs.edu/faculty/cv/135462.shtml 整体之前群里有同学说Skype信号不好，看了下都是北京时间的下午，貌似我上午时间与美国晚上视频没有问题，信号很好 Ning主问，覆盖大约3/4的问题，Byron问1/4的问题，偶尔追问两个问题。 两个老师都超级nice，一路都笑嘻嘻的， 时长30分钟很准时，问题的总体风格很温和很常规，结果在春节前通知 问题不好回答的跟面试官互动下，确认可以转化成说另一件相似的事情 面试官对你的背景都很认真研究过，大家要仔细梳理一下自己到底是怎么样一个人，一路是从哪儿走过来的，又准备走到哪儿去 过程1. Brief introduction & why CEIBS （我确认了是被同时问了两个问题后逐一回答） 2. Have you talked to any EMBA yet? (我直截了当的回答了No，会不会被扣分) 3. Have you applied to any other schools? 4. You are going to join xxx company immediate after graduation? 5. Then tell me what’s the advantage and challenging for the company you’re going to join. 6. Byron追问：How do you envision this company and this industry in the future? (等同于Long-term goal 问题) 7. Then why MBA? （原题是另一个，但我得到Byron的确认就是要我回答why MBA） 8. Tell me your thoughts about the difference between American companies and Chinese companies. (我说美国公司的特点是A，中国公司的特点是B) 9. Byron追问：if so, is there any advantages for B? 10. 我没直接回答，绕了句说B当然有好处，要不然中国公司中国经济不会如此腾飞 11. 结果冷场了3秒（这里感觉不太好，会不会扣分），Byron不依不挠的继续追问：what’s the exact advantages for B? 12. What do you like most in your current company? 13. Byron追问：Since you just shared a story about your leader in your company, can you share with me your personal leadership style? 14. Then what do you dislike most in your company? 15. When you just joined your company, how do you overcome culture shock, any difficulties? 16. How do you deal with your colleague? （有点不太记得原题了，反正可以转化成deal with conflict的问题来回答） 17. What’s your hobby and interests and how do they help you develop yourself?
