JJ中有一题是Anything done in the business we had better do it right.全句划线

我觉得原句就是对的啊，有同学说是anything(done in the business)we had better do right没有it

不知道哪个对，为什么呢？

为什么末尾有得有it，有得没有It？你知道为什么吗？

这题首先是用平行能直接做，这里不加it是因为用不定式的关系吧。（什么不定式修饰逻辑宾语）但是那道题里面没有用不定式啊？不懂额。。。

因为如果代词指代的对象，也就是先行词和代词是在同一个句子内的话，这个代词不应该用it, she or he, 相反应该用翻身代词
我记得曾经看到过RON的一道题目的解释是：

analogy:
... she looked at her ... --> one woman is looking at another woman. (this sentence is not ok unless it's a component of some larger parallel structure that elucidates the pronouns, but you get the point)
... she looked at herself... --> a woman is looking at herself.

曼哈顿的RON对这道题的解释是：the army ... took the artisans more than 36 years to complete.
this is sufficient on its own, without a pronoun at the end, in much the same way as this: this test is hard to finish (not "hard to finish it").

这种一般都省略吧，因为实在定语从句中关系代词充当成分了

又找到了一个解释
if you have a verb whose subject and object are the same entity (called a 'reflexive verb'), then the object has to have the ending -self/-selves.
hence, the correct version:
you should stop looking at yourself in the mirror.

所以对于这个：the army ... took the artisans more than 36 years to complete，这个complet所针对的宾语对象是the army，所以这个coplete是reflexive verb. 所以这里不能用it指代，要用代词得用翻身代词==》当然其实这里没有必要，仅仅拿来举例子的

我们对于这种是否有代词的选择以前都是靠感觉，因为读书的时候课文背得。但是有时被复杂的题目搞搞就会变得confused，思路不清楚了，我举这个例子，因为简单，所以就是想让LZ知道相同的道理在不同语句下的运用是一样的。如果知道语法知识点就不会被trap了

这就是例子

这里her不能指代she的本身，达不到主语和宾语指代相同事物的目的
... she looked at herself... --> a woman is looking at herself.

therefore, 'them' is not ambiguous (only possible referent remaining =athletes)
