问PP 里的一个语法的问题

When __ to dough and heated, carbon dioxide is released, causing the dough torise.

A added baking power is

B baking powder is added.

正确答案是A 。。。。但B好似也说得通吧？？

没有多阿，因为这个是从句有WHEN做连词所以应该有两个动词，两个都是IS，我就不明白为什么B不对

如果是b的话可以有一种不成立

When baking powder is added （to dough and）既然是并列可以省去一样成立才行 heated, carbon dioxide is released, causing the dough torise.
