A/E的差别主要是在due in这个短语的位置，

A的meaning会更符合句意要表达的，
  现在的电脑比过去更小，更强大==>这个现象（今夕对比大小和处理能力的差异）的原因是：大部分是m的发明

E的meaning是,今天的电脑==>原因是：大部分是因为m的发明，介词短语作为Noun modifier修饰computer of today;
                                          解释力度和范围局限于前面的部分，而事实上如今的电脑可不仅仅是因为M的发明，还有很多重要的发明，
                                          这样一来就改变了句子要表达的意思

你觉得哪个说的顺。不能说E不对，只能说A比E顺畅那么一点儿点儿！

谢谢啦，其实E选项有英文解释： it intoduces a modifier error: it was the microprocessor that replaced cluncky transistors, not their predecessors. Modifying phrases must be placed directly before or after the word they are intended to modify.
但我还是没怎么明白

能不能帮忙解释下呢？感谢！

其实和我之前的解释很一样。

语言这个玩意儿，无论中文还是英文，修饰词最好要跟在被修饰语后面，离的越远越会容易产生歧义。

due in large part....这段说是的主要是由于XX原因造成的。这句话是为了解释现在的电脑比以前的电脑快的原因。而不是说现在的电脑的原因。明白了吧。

但是！！！！我要说明一下，不能说A是错的。因为在正常环境下用A的方法表达能实现正常的交通。可没想到，出了一个比A还更牛逼，更精确的E。所以E对了。

你好，题干好像少了一些吧，我补全了。
然后E的解释你就可以看懂了，因为"which replaced clunky transistors"是修饰microprocessor而不是predecessors
语义还是最重要的排除点。
