Support your views with reasons and/or examples from your own experience, observations, or reading. 1大多数情况一个企业的目标和一个国家的目标并不一定是冲突的。因为国家要以人民的利益为首要考虑要素。而企业为了得到最大化的利润也要很好的满足消费者的需求。 但是有的时候矛盾也是不可以避免的。 2有些情况下，是要牺牲短期的目标来顺应国家的目标的。事实上这在长远来看通常对一个企业是有好处的。如化工厂按照国家的要求改进污水处理设备，短期影响利润长期却可以使企业受益因为可以避免惩罚等等。 3另外一些情况下则不需要做上述让步。因为国家是在为一个国家的人考虑而一个企业只要满足它的顾客群就可以了。但是前提是不能违背国家的法律。
