我知道选D的原因，只是有个问题，有点不明白
A consumer 后面为什么不用thinks? A consumer 应该是第三人称的单数,后面为什么think？

a customer 可以不跟后面them产生ambiguity，them就是指那些products，如果用customers的话，them的指代就会ambiguous
