This is a case-by-case discussion
1For those tasks that should be reacted to immediately, the author's assertion is quite reasonabel.
2However, it is imprudent to say this principal will apply to all the situations. For example, work correlated with the construction of corporate fame necessitates patience and high quality.
3To simply say one kind of employee are more valuable than another is reckless and imprudent.

agree it is a case by case discussion.


a company who pursue zero stock management, will value quick results or responces, while a company who do R&D in IC, has to value quality over quick results.

1.速度很重要,因为是生产率的体现,企业也可因此降低劳动成本。(GWD上一篇)


2 质量也很重要。有速度无质量不好。举例:邮递员(一个逻辑题我记得)


3 速度慢可以提高,可质量从始至钟体现了企业的REPUTATION。
