这条题正确选项是C,我明白为什么A,B,D,E错，但是C的问题是为什么这个novel可以直接跟published? 小说不应该是被发表的吗？

可以的，-ed做adj.直接后置修饰n.是可以的，这里的published就是ed分词后置修饰n的
且这里的published并不是谓语，也就不能用be + -ed来修饰了

不是，which winned才是直接修饰逗号前面的名词
