我开始选E，答案说是A。后来自己再想想，AE之间是有意思上的不同，A说不比城里人幸福，E说没城里人幸福。

但是除了这一点，E有语法错误吗？

我认为E的are多余:这里面比较的是 themselves Vs people 不是 themselves Vs people are (happly)

其次，the phrase "people who live" does not parallel with the above mentioned "people living..."

那A中，比较结构里与的do相对应的什么词呢？我觉得肯定不是consider
