推荐信应该选中高层中国人还是外国同事？？？求指导

想申请今年MBA，已经找了现在的中国老板写推荐信。但是另一个推荐人有点纠结，现在有两个选择，一个是轮岗时期的导师公司的VP，优点是职位比较高但缺点是她是中国人因为我现在的老板也是中国人所以有点重复，而且人比较正（Si）派（Ban）不受我影响，所以推荐信内容实在不好把握。
第二个是在欧洲工作时候的同事，优点是外国人这样可以提供中外两个视角，且关系较好所以推荐信可以把我写的好一些。缺点是只是普通员工。
请各位大侠指导哪个做为第二个推荐人更好些！！

Hello there,
Well there are many considerations to think about when you choose a recommender. I think the first one though is to choose someone who REALLY likes you. That way, no matter what, you know for sure that you are coming away with a good recommendation. Just as important is to choose someone who knows your work and your leadership intimately. These two things are more important than having a big boss (although that is good too).
