c. fund intented to sustain the state's economy after oil reserves are exhausted

答案是C，但是觉得句子中已经有一个动词deposits ，intented就该是分词啊，但是又不该是过去分词，因为不是被动的啊。所以虽然A不是很简洁，但是还是选了A。

其他答案区分度比较大，就没有列出来啦

intended是过去分词，修饰fund。

可以理解为the fund is intended to sustain...

要选A的话，WITH应放于句首，C正确

啊……这样啊…… 我以为intend to do的意思是目的是要做xxx， fund怎么能有目的呢，应该是阿拉斯加存fund是有目的的才对啊……
