AIA21集思广益中参加讨论提高自己惠及他人

A21. “Companies should encourage competition among their own employees.”
Discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the opinion stated above. Support your views with reasons and/or examples from your own experience, observations, or reading.
1公司应该让员工展开竞争,因为如果没有内部竞争机制的话。好的员工的表现没有得到认可而表现差的员工也可以继续保持在原位这样会使得好的员工也没有动力努力工作。
2而上述状况的直接后果就是一个公司的竞争力下降。因为不进行内部竞争外部竞争仍然是不可以避免的。不进则退,别的公司的效率在不断提高而自己公司不但没有提高反而有下降这将是十分不利的
3当然竞争要建立在公平的竞争机制上要真正有利于职工效率的提高和公司利润最大化的目标同时还要适度以避免过分激烈的竞争影响了员工正常的合作和交流。

Yes.


1. agree with the cooresponding point above. e.g. Best employee of the month, Best Faculty etc.


2. competition brings innovation. e.g. creative sales


No.


1. Unhealthy competition slows business down. e.g. fight for limited resources


2. Unhealthy competition deteriorates team collaboration.

1.competition can boost inovation and employee's motivation to survive in the company.competition can also lead to improvement and brings out people's ability ranking and thus can assign the suittable job accordingly.U can examplify why a lot of strong company creat the hierachy system inside for management.....we can also give some example that if no competetion in the company,what will be ....


2. however,competition still conceals some evil effects if it goes deteroprated.creating dissatisfied team collaboration,employee's mental problem,and corrupted morality and bad faith , etc, selfish, assaulted,...还有。。。。啥呢?
