请教this/that/these不能裸奔的问题！OG20新题迷惑！

this 应该指代的是前面说的整个事件。不是特定的某一个事物。通常情况下this指代不明是说指代的是某个物。因为书面语没法用手指“这个东西”“那个东西”，到底哪个东西？
但是this用来指整个事件就没问题。一共就说了一件事。

蟹蟹你，我看到之前的一道题目，解析里面说BE的and this里的this不能裸奔，如果要指代前面整句，需加上别的概括性名词组成 this + n，好困惑

em....咋说呢。。我感觉解析也都不一定准吧。。毕竟都是揣摩GMAC老头的出题方式的。
而且，一般来说this不优选吧。如果别的选项更好，何必纠结这个小点？我做题的感觉就是要先按照平行，修饰这些大的语法点走，没有这些再看小点。有时候感觉GMAC老头出题总是会颠覆。。没有啥特别模式化的东西。
还有就是：记得RON说过，指代就考察两点：是否指代名词，是否指代后面单复数一致。很少考察指代歧义什么的。。而这道题考的是指代本身的用法，，估计更不是考点了。。
只是我自己个人的见解啊。。我也才学了2-3个月左右。。更多的还是等NN们来吧~

感觉this指代是不是不清楚应该放在最后考虑，本来前面就只有一件事情，然后其他选项都有致命错误，跟其它选项的错误相比这个小问题就没那么重要了吧。。我觉得是这样

OG中有一道题目 this 裸奔是错误的，正确答案是B

如果说这道OG2020新题中，正确答案 this 裸奔是可以被接受的，那是不是说明 this 裸奔在GMAT不是绝对错误考点，不应该单纯以这个来排除选项？

我之前做了一道OG题，看到外网上 Ron 对于 this 的说法是：

没太明白你的意思，这道题里面的this选项不是错误的嘛？你的意思是假设正确选项是D？

我自己在做题的时候是不用this来排除，因为确实在官方题目（好像还是OG）里面见到过this裸奔的情况。做这个题目的时候，我看了之前自己整理的题目笔记，也没有用this来排除。因为D选项介词短语放在句尾可以修饰整句话也可以修饰前面紧邻的名词，这个修饰歧义还是挺明显的。B就没有这个问题。另一方面，从我个人的角度来看，D选项的this读起来更像是指代前面一整句话即“在某个条款下XXX”，这件事情引起了争端。

具体是哪个题目出现了this裸奔，我真的想不起来了，你可以自己搜索一下，我确信CD已经发过的帖子里面有的。

最后，我的建议是，有其他错误的时候，不要用this裸奔来排除。就好像不要轻易用指代不清来排除一样，因为各种情况下都出现过正确答案，你不知道是GMAC给你挖的坑还是真的就是解题点。
