如果我没记错的话，在“SVO,doing...”结构里面，doing动作的发出者要么是S，要么是SVO整句话，反正doing是万万不能修饰O的。
但是答案解释说这里的allowing是修饰root system的。
我在CD上面看了看大家的解释，发现还是众说纷纭，有如下三种说法，不知哪种是正确的？
1. 这里的allowing确实是修饰主句宾语，即root system，也就是说, "SVO,doing..."中doing可以修饰O。
2. allowing其实是修饰主句整个句子的。
3. allowing for是固定搭配，意思是"考虑到"。
