those是指代goods，c 和 d 里面,用了in worth ,as 修饰的对象就从 worth 变成了 goods ,而goods 是个可数名词,是不能用much来修饰的.

worth should be adj., 修饰goods了。much是程度副词。在头脑中

可以这么想：goods(500大公司) almost as much worth as goods(其余公司)
