It has recently been announced that a new restaurant may be built in my neighborhood. As far as I concerned, I totally support this plan. As far as I concerned, I come to the notion that there are three main reasons why I support it.

Firstly, a new restaurant makes competition more fury. In order to attract more and more guests to come in, it should provide high-quality severs in relatively low price. Therefore, other restaurants have to simulate it to keep their business. Evidently, the benefit to us is much more choice and less price.

Secondly, having a new restaurant in the neighborhood would also mean more jobs for denizens. For instance, college students can work for waiters and waitresses to earn some pocket money. This we called direct job opportunity. In addition, some indirect job such as food market, transportation, service company also provides jobs for us. As a consequence, the unemployment rate will drop significantly.

Last, a new restaurant will bring prosperity to our community. The tax collected from it and personal income tax are important revenue of our city, and the local government could use these tax to built parks, squares that could improve our environment. A beautiful landscape will attract more people come to our town, develop our tour industry, in other hand, a new restaurant will help our business. There is no denying that the quality of our living will go from good to better.

However, people who attack to built a new restaurant claim that it will bring numerals of troubles.  They often say that there will be questions of the traffic will be more congested, no parking place on narrow roads, the midnight noise will harm normal sleepless. Indeed, these questions may be encountered when a new restaurant or a new factory established initially, and as along with the restaurant takes measurements, these disadvantages will be decreased, it can be a matter of time in the future I think.

So base on the above discussion, I support the plan to built a new restaurant in our neighborhood.
