My friend had her last year of USC (~ $30,000) paid for while interning. They also provide 100 shares of stock after an undergrad graduation. The stock vests over 3 years. They give 50 shares for a masters or doctorate degree. It's probably the best or one of the best company education reimbursement plans possible.

Booz Allen Hamilton - 5k (degree seeking) or 2.5k (certificate seeking) a year for tuition and related expenses

Circuit City: Up to $1000 per semester. Must have Bs or higher. Either full time or part time (worked for more than one year)

CNA Insurance Companies - Up to $5000 per year for tuition (not Law degrees)

Convergys (Call center job) - Need to work 20 hours per week. I don't remember the details for reimbursement, but it was VERY generous.

Enrollment in classes cannot begin until after 90 days of employment. Pre-approval of supervisor required. No online courses unless no equivalent classes/program is offered locally. Must be part of a degree program, unless individual classes are related to current job. NOTE: For full-time employees only (32+ hrs./week), but this benefit is available at all levels, from sales associates at all company-owned gas stations, on up through corporate levels. CHANGE TO PROGRAM: : As of 01/01/2008, courses and degrees must be in some type of a business field.

UTC (United Technologies) Pays full tuition/books/fees for all Full Time employees. Also gives $10,000 in stock upon graduation.

Well's Fargo offers tuition reimbursement after 6 months of working at least part time 20hrs for business majors. i think its $2500 for part time, and $5000 for fulltime employees. they will only pay for tuition, they will not pay for the additional fee's such as health, parking, or any other misc fees.
