但是朗文词典里面对于costs的解释是：the money regularily spend to run a business, a home, a car
并且还给出了例句：
1\ we must to cut costs to remain competitve
2\the travel costs incourred in attending the meeting(=the moeny you have to spend)

还有很多相关的例句，都不是用在法律方面的，就是表示the money you spend

有没有大牛来解释一下啊~~
