谢谢jaze美眉~ 意思就是说， a chance of doing是针对某件事可能会发生说的，而a chance to do是针对某人是否有机会做某事说的？
但是在大全58题中：

正确答案是C，在这里havea no chance of doing sth表示的不也是有机会做某事吗？感觉此题中have a chance to do与have a chance of doing sth都是可以的？

a chance of doing表达的是有可能的意思，a chance to do表达的是有机会（opportunity）做某事的意思。对吧？~~

其实我觉得是这样理解的，如果get a chance to do 和get a chance of doing无法区分的时候我们可以看选项中别的区别，可以看见一个是get the symptoms treated 一个是treating the symptoms，我觉得如果是后者的话整句话意思就变为这些经过child abuse的成年人自己去治疗自己的症状了，而前者则正确的表达出他们的症状被治疗的意思。你觉得呢？
