1，increase后面加多少percent，不要by吗？

2，from 1982 to 1987，不需要完成时态，对吗？

1，Here increase is a vi, only whem increase is a vt, i.e., x increase(vt) y by+ number, but x increase(vi) + number. In C, the expression five and ten percent makes no sense without the word between. Finally, E is especially clumsy and confused.
