PhD marketing in Ivey at U of western Ontario

Does anyone know about the marketing program in UWO?

I've just acceptted offer from Ivey in General Management. Ivey is a great school for MBA league, but a OK school for PhD. Yet their research output in Marketing is quite strong. Check out this article www.bus.ualberta.ca/citationstudy2/citationcjas.pdf

To Valarie: As I said, contact the faculty coordinator directly and ask for the placements of all their recent graduates (be sure that they give you the complete list). I'll not be surprised that some UBC graduates find decent placements in US and job market for accounting PhD is still on the rise. I would have applied for UBC if they were strong in my specific area.

Valarie: UBC is a great school and I agree with rongdongc. Whether you can find a decent job, I think it is more likely to depend on your performance in the PhD program and your publications, which are also related to the faculty. Try to see whether the faculty is strong in your interested area....
