有不少是允许有个非美国的MBA的。包括harvard、stanford、wharton等。

至于有没有本科是否关键，楼主可以直接问adcom，有这个信息的人这里不会多，大家也都是听说。学校对于申请条件是回给你认真答复的。

上面我说的情况是我问过的。别的也就没有再问过了。祝楼主好运，if you had dream, go ahead! don't 郁闷！

Some schools explicitly state that you are not qualified to apply if you already have a MBA (even if it's from a foreign country). Some do not, and you should consult admission offices to get a "official" response. In the latter cases, you still need to justify why you need another MBA. Remember MBA is a terminal degree and most MBA curriculums, regardless which country, are pretty similar in nature.

absolutely true!

You can check FAQ of the university you're interested in. I remeber a lot of universities have explicitly answered that question.
