I got my offer on the Valentine day. I'm not a fan of Stats. But here is my B/G.

Years w/E in China's import & Export in transportation field. Excellent G/T scores. Good essays, Good recommendations. Did research about the research topic on logistic. As far as the job market for Chinese students, it's not easy to prodict. I'm still wondering...... Also, as far as I know, little chance for int'l students to get the scholarship. I had great test scores and very good GPA but I didn't get any financial aid. I guess they just don't have many. However, if you like supply chain and you are not concerned about money, MLOG is a great place to go.

I knew one Chinese guy who graduated from this program in 2004. He got the offer and the offer was around 60K in 2004. The 90K is only for the local white people, not for the international students.

It is really depends your career path.
