Hello hello,
What a fantastic GMAT! Congratulations! Bring up that TOEFL score a few points and you are good to go!!!
Sooo your strong points are:
- Awesome GMAT
- Great GPA- Work in the US
- Female

And the weaknesses are:
- TOEFL
- Not famous university

I think that with such a profile (this will depend on the details of your work experience and volunteer experience and schooling) you can apply to some Top 10 schools and some Top 20 schools too. Probably the top three schools H/S/W will be a bit tough because of the school, but otherwise in the S16, with great essays, the sky is the limit!!!

VC的话，工作经验是太少了一些，中国的VC应该是可以的。美国这边的就算了
