First of all congrats on your amazing GMAT!!! 770! Wow!
I think with your industry, good school, good grades and amazing GMAT you should be able to apply to M7 (or Top 10) programs. A lot will also depend on your story - who you are, what you want, what you have accomplished, what your dreams are. Consulting as a goal makes sense, but try and keep things specific when you write this in your application. I would also suggest that you add one or two schools from Top 16.
