求各位大牛解析，不知道为何考试两篇作文分数相差如此之大

我517考的托福，考完感觉不错，但是实际只有如下分数，求各位帮忙分析下：

R:       28
L:       27
S:       22
W:    24
Total: 101

1. 其中最郁闷的是口语
问题：考试时感觉每个点都说到了啊，但是每道题都是fair，不知道为什么？
我的思考：会不会是口音问题，然后就被一刀切了？

2. 其次是写作
问题：在第二篇独立写作分数不错的情况下，综合写作竟然只有fair？
我的思考：不知道是不是由于我时间紧，用模板的原因？
