Vote for HEC considering getting the working visa is much easier in France. no quota limit. To be frank, I think US has the worst immigration system. France and Germany are quite straight forward.

it is hard for personal development in EU, even though you may have better lifestyle.

UT Austin is a great school and has lower living expense

三家都是很不错的学校。LZ如果想做IB，求职过程中个人能力也许比学校声誉更重要，比如语言沟通、拓展人脉网络等。
另外前段时间据Austin一个一年级在读找美国IB的中国学生反馈，这家的校友几乎是不能helpful更多

Hey there,
Both are excellent schools. HEC is the number two school in France, and McCombs one of the better Tier 2 schools in the US. If you were to get into either of the schools, you could be proud!
