(C) which have increased 5 percent during the first 3 months of this year after falling (正确答案)
(D) with a 5 percent increase during the first 3 months of this year after falling
(E) with a 5 percent increase during the first 3 months of this year after having fallen

看了好多论坛，比较A与C的用法。我选错的D却好像没什么comment。我自己理解D和E选项（with 用法）的错误如下，请NN们指摘。

首先, the results of the company's cost-cutting measures are evident in its profits, with a 5 percent increase during the first 3 months of this year. 这句话应该可以吧（如果理解不对请重拍）。但是如果加上after falling 的话就会产生歧义，到底是什么falling了？5 percent incease or profit。如果是profit fall，则after 这个时间就不修饰 first 3 months of this year，结构就不对了。

如果觉得以上理解不对，请重重的拍，谢谢。

主要在于with结构是wordy冗余的，我开始也选的D，我认为after falling由于前面没有逗号，主语自然是就近的主语，即profits，所以这一点没有错。

lz理解错误，D和E的根本错误在于，with a 5 percent increase直接修饰了主语the results，意思完全错了，也很不合逻辑。所以从一开始，D和E就应该排除掉。
