YES, I think girls have advantages. The population in a typical MBA program is roughly broken down as follows: White males > (White females/foreign females) > foriegn males. In addition, 10% - 20% of seats are pre-reserved for people whose families have contributed significantly to schools. That's my opionion.
I visited 5 B schools during past a few months. I saw a lot of Chinese MM, only a few GG. off course, other possibilities include that guys are very busy so that I only got chance to meet MM. or that MM would like to spend more time with perspective students.
