大家读mba后都是想留在国外吗？

有没有打算毕业后就直接回国的

那待遇怎么样啊？

楼主不如做个调查好了。

而且这个在这个版上混的人，大部分都没出国呢，更谈不上回来以后的待遇了。

才看到楼主的帖子，试着回复一下，但是...

这个真的很难说的呀！

历届海外mba有很多回国的，待遇肯定有差别，有找到很好新工作的，有回原来公司的，也有几乎找不到工作的

比如英国或欧洲mba，基本回国一条路，如果学校一般，出国前工作经历也一般，只是想拿国外学历镀层金的，回国后恐怕实在不怎么乐观，尤其是现在英国回来的人这么多

美国的也要看学校如何，Top 30 和30以外的，多少也会有点不一样，还有就是看你回来后的方向和原来的衔接问题，如果你读mba是为了career change, 回国立马找一份高薪管理工作的可能性恐怕也不会大

这样的问题实在不能一概而论，如果对此毫无概念，奉劝楼主还是不要轻易做出国读mba的决定吧

except for the ten plus elite schools( there are still some tiers among them), other schools (several dozens in number) will not bring you any brandname effect both in US and China. The difference between top 10 and top 30 is huge, while the difference between so-called top 30 and, say, 50 is negligible.

Therefore, it is sometimes suggested that for second tier school, location is more important than a few spots higher in ranking.
