带有条件意思的单词，是不是需要虚拟？如agreement, condition?

Several financial officers of the company spoke on condition that their names are not used in the press reports.

就不选that they not be named in the press reports.

而 Not one of the potential investors is expected to make an offer to buy First Interstate Bank until a merger agreement be signed by them with a provision for penalities if the deal were not to be concluded.

正确选项就用虚拟，为什么呢?

哪个大牛解释下？

我发现你问的都是争议题。。。。。刚刚拿个帖子也是
第一个句子，普遍人士觉得虚拟语气是对的，而且be named 比name be used好
第二句：这是一个虚拟的条件(暗含不希望未来会发生或者未来发生可能性不大的意思).
