同位语从句问题

B) million, a part of a deal that makes

D) million as a part of a deal to make

求大神解释下bcde选项。。。还有，bc选项算不算同位语从句？感激不尽。。。

而其他的只能说Part of.
bc是同位语，对前一句的修饰，但是1. a part of 错了，2. -ing做定语一般只有在修饰法律法规的时候，
as我觉得更加顺畅一点。
D中，to make 有歧义
最后，我是时态残，就不解释E中的will 了

这道题我选了B，也是错了，后来，查了一下RON他们的说法，共享一下：）
1、a part of 和 part of 都是对的，RON说，他也分不清到底哪个算是错，但是按照他native speaker的理解是，a part of 是表明某个“具象”事物的“某部分”，一般都是说“人体的某部分”（如他举例：the arm is a part of the human body）；而part of 则更抽象（如他举例：confidence, in addition to skill, is part of what's necessary for success in this game）；所以，这里如果能进行一次split的话，那么可以排除掉a part of 的那些选项，但是光有这个还不足以信心十足对吧。那么就接着看吧。
2、B和C是同位语；刚开始，我以为是absolute phrase这个高级的修辞（后来想想，如果是的话，B和C按理都可以啊，那应该排除B 和 C，可惜我木有）。RON说，这个的确是同位语，想想也是，这个是来修饰这次purchase或是acquisition的，那么应是符合修饰的touch原则----紧邻修饰的名词，但是却没有！紧邻的是$950 million，所以是错误的！B和C都是错误的。
3、D也是错误的，因为，这个涉及到反身代词的用法，在未划线部分有一个“it”，而句子的主语还是computer company，所以这个it应该是itself，那既然不是的话，说明D中的to make 是不行的。而E就不同，从句的主语是deal了，所以，可以说这个deal will make the company the largest....
4、A更不对，因为非限制性定从which修饰million。

BC我觉得这个地方当成同位语有点牵强，因为不是对前面的名词修饰

deal应该是对前一句话的修饰，类似于独立主格的修饰. 求讨论

是的 BC 算是summative modifier，勉强算同位语一种(?) 是对前面整个句子的总结。
