我该申请1年的还是2年的？

楼主30+了，国内211本科硕士，工作快8年了，500强工业三年，互联网一年，咨询公司3年多。现在手上还有个美国知名社交网站的offer，base在香港，pay不低。我去读书是一定的，现在纠结的是我该申请2年的fulltime还是1年的？如果是2年的，我觉得自己和年轻的申请人相比没有优势。而且还担心出来后没现在这么好的pay了；如果是一年的，只考虑stanford的MSx（也就是Sloan Fellow）以及MIT的Sloan 1Y MBA，但是好像论坛里很少有人提及，这个不知道申请难度如何，出来后的reputation和两年的MBA比有没有劣势。高人快支招啊~

如果觉得可以不走标准的MBA找工作的流程，比如工作可以通过其它渠道搞定，可以考虑1年的MBA项目。对其它的项目不了解，但一般Master项目和MBA项目定位不同，申请之前需要多了解项目本身定位。

So a one year MBA can be a GREAT solution for older candidates. You also have two other good options - an MBA in Europe or an Executive MBA. A two-year MBA might also be still reasonable if you are in your earlier thirties. Both the MSX program at Stanford and the Sloan one year MBAs are fantastic and hard to get into. Kellogg also has a very prestigious one-year MBA. In Europe, INSEAD and IMD would be the top choices.

I think when you are in your 30s, one-year programs are mostly advantageous, and the main disadvantage for one-year programs is if you want to totally change jobs or industries it can be harder than with a one-year program.

I think you have a lot of great options out there for you!
