为什么文中的要用or 而不用and，or不是用在否定句中的吗

or也可以用在当两个并列对象不能同时发生（或者不能同时共存，比如做选择的时候选择了A就不能选择B），我记得有道题是说earthquake destroyed or damaged buildings的，有几个选项就是写earthquake destroyed “and” damaged buildings所以被判错，因为两个并列的动作不能共存，要么A要么B，所以要用or，这里也并不是否定句。
至于要研究这句话的三个并列对象是不是这种情况。。我就说不好了。。lz琢磨琢磨语义吧，，虽然我觉得这题没有考察这个语义的问题所以不一定有很大的区别，，可能就算是改成and也行。。
