这道题目，making 到底修饰的是前面的rise还是后面的dollars. 我一直不明白。

A huge flying reptile that died out with the dinosaurs some 65 million years ago, the Quetzal coatlus had a wingspan of 36 feet, believed to be the largest flying creature the world has ever seen.

这道题目，believed to be就近修饰wingspan????

根据上面两道题，一个ed一个ing 修饰的都是就近？？？
麻烦各位大大。。帮我解答一下。小的不胜感激~

肯定不是dollars的修饰啦~是与主语一起发生的但是相对来说次要的内容。不过你也可以说是结果，主句发生了，直接导致后面的事件发生。　这不用很纠结，你就知道这是修饰整个句子就好。

修饰的是Quetzal coatlus。。。虽然ed在句尾优先修饰句尾名词，做定语，但是这里逻辑上显然行不通。所以改为修饰逻辑主语咯~
